The total estimated cost of the project is $915,400 and includes the following components:
The Building: $500,000 This includes heating, air-conditioning, and everything necessary to prepare the building for occupancy.
Site Work: $230,000 This includes the well, septic system, parking lots, upgrade of our access road (Dimock Road), clearing, excavating and landscaping.
Miscellaneous Costs: $112,500 This includes permits, fees, project coordinator, supervision and contingencies and $15,000 for furnishings.
Soft Costs: $ 72,900 This includes fees for our architect, fund raising costs, construction interest and closing costs.

$510,000 mortgage with The Savings Institute!
The construction loan period lasts until December 2010 at which point
the loan becomes a permanent mortgage with a 6.5% interest rate, adjusted every
5 years.
