Worship, helping us to become a church that celebrates and communicates the Gospel and provides a safe environment for both churched and unchurched to encounter the God who loves them.
Fellowship, us become a church connected relationally through small groups, affinity groups, and fellowships, where supportive and caring relationships are cultivated, and new members and seekers can be assimilated into the life of the church.
Ministry, helping us to become a church where every member is a minister and discovers their gifts and connects to a ministry that strengthens the church and furthers her witness.
Discipleship, helping us to become a church where people are becoming fully-devoted followers of Christ every day and where knowledge of the word of God leads to passionate experience of the Word who is God.
Evangelism, helping us to become a church where is to be a church where others encounter God with us, and join us on the journey of faith.
Compassion, helping us to become a church where the love of God is expressed tangibly as we address physical, emotional or spiritual needs.
Family: I want to help us fulfill our potential as an effective multi-generational church by developing an intentional approach to the spiritual formation of our families where families, experience God’s love, and grow into maturity.
